Trying to play some MKVs (TV Series) that are exhibiting a strange behavior - I start a selected episode in Theater View...I hear audio coming thru but no video.

However - if I hit fast forward on my JRiver remote - and advance a minute or two - the video then appears to "catch up" and I can continue on.

Trying to figure out what the deal is - could it be playing files from memory vs disc? Or some other settings?

The HTPC is using Intel 4000 HD graphics and none of my MKV movie files exhibit this behavior - they start right up.

Appreciate any thoughts on this.
