OK so very odd issue.

Running Windows 8 (64bit) and MC18.

When I am using Theater View all works great. I then CTRL-F4 to go back to the media list page.

Now the odd bit:

If I try and watch the same video I was watching, without selecting another video file first, MC18 locks up, and I have to kill the process. if I choose another video, it is fine.

Any ideas?
