Images tagged with MC may display with the wrong colors on some Android devices like the Samsung Note II.

It appears that these devices incorrectly interpret an empty APP14 JPEG segment.  We use an empty APP segment for padding to improve tag writing performance so that a full file rewrite is not required for small changes.

My guess is that the device pushes the empty padding buffer through its IPTC parser and decides the image uses a different color space.  Since an IPTC segment must start with "Photoshop 3.00" and a padding block is all NULL bytes, this is bug with the Android's JPEG system.

MC19 will switch to using an APP9 segment for padding to work around this issue.  We're not sure if MC18 will be changed (the JPEG tagging code was rewritten for MC19, and it's too complex and/or scary to move back to MC18).
