Context menu "Send to"

In the context menu Send To/Send To (external) i can define which external application should be started.
But when the menu item is clicked, nothing happens.

Is this the intended behavior right now or am i doing something wrong?
Would be a nice to have to edit the actual music data (not meta data) with WaveLab.
