You didn't send the initialization code for 30 minutes so I started my new copies of MC 19 using the registration code. Now I find that I have lost two copies. Please restore the copies (that I used per your instructions on your web site) to my account.
Also, why do I have to send a public message to get some simple customer service on my account. Please provide a more convenient method of customer service as this took about 30 minutes to do.
