Within the last few days for whatever reason whenever I start media center for the first time after I've started my computer it has been reverting to a trial version. I am then presented with a screen telling me my 'trial' has expired and the only thing I can do is enter in my Media center 19 serial number which then of course causes a temporary restore key to be generated. This wouldn't be too much of a problem only I see I now have just 6 restores left .

System name or date changes could cause this.

If you run out of restores, post here and we'll reset you.

Thanks Matt, I didn't realize changing the computer name could cause problems. It makes sense though as I was changing mine as part of a running joke with the flatmates.
