Unable to see Handheld device for syncing (phone)
« on: September 06, 2013, 10:11:43 am »

I have successfully been able to sync to my Lumia 1020 (running Windows Phone 8 and uses MTP) a couple times using MC19 but the last several times I have tried to connect my phone, MC19 (19.0.36) is not able to see the device.  I have tried the Redetect All Devices option with no luck. I am able to browse the phone through explorer and Windows Media Player is able to see it. I don't have any other device management software installed.

Thoughts as to how this can be resolved?

Media Center 19.0.36
Windows 8.0 64bit
Nokia Lumia 1020, Windows Phone 8

I went back to 19.0.32 and am able to see the phone again.

This is still happening in .38.  Going back to .32 rectifies the issue.
