MC 18.0.218 hangs on OS X 10.8.4 but runs fine under 10.8.5. Unfortunately 10.8.5 is a no-go because of hard drive sleep issues. So back to MC 18.0.215 under 10.8.4 until Apple fixes the last update or you guys make another MC rev that runs under 10.8.4.

This is the only audio function on this computer. It uses either the MC DLNA or USB but not both at the same time.
I gave up on EMM last year, it didn't work very well at all.

Have you tried updating the firmware on the PWD? The thread below talks about an update that solved the issue for one user who was having a similar problem:

I am running the latest s/w and f/w.
I have also performed a master reset (like clearing the BIOS, only more so).

Hi all. I have been using JRiver MC 18 for PC for a while now and liked it so much I got the MAC version for my parents. I originally got the trial version to make sure it would work for their system. Once that ran out, I purchased the MAC MC 19 license for $50. Meanwhile I can't get the license to connect with their version. It keeps saying something along the lines of, "license successfully installed." But I can't get their version of MC to actually run. I downloaded the most updated MAC version (18.0.218) and the license key is MC 19 but supposedly it will work with their version of MC.
I am not really a MAC guy. Sure there is an easy fix but it I tinkered with it for over 30 min and may even have used up quite a few license re-newals.
Anyone have any pointers so I can get them up and running?
