Difficulty with registration

Excuse my ignorance, but how do I locate the log?

JohnT:
No problem.  On the menu, go to Help / Logging... and enable the option "Output to a log file", then restart the app. and after you see the message about the trial window, go back to Help / Logging and click "Report problem...".  It will tell you where it's going to create the output log zip file.
