Font rendering
« on: September 28, 2013, 05:27:35 am »

Hello everyone!

First of all, thank you for supporting Linux. I've been waiting for an advanced audio player for years and even though JRiver MediaCenter isn't quite what I prefer on Windows, I'm happy to support you guys by buying a copy.

Do you use your own implementation for font rendering or do you rely on existing mechanisms? And can we expect JRiver MediaCenter to respect
Code: [Select]
/etc/fonts/fonts.conf resp.
Code: [Select]
$XDG_CONFIG_HOME/fontconfig/conf.d?

Thanks!
