MC one time recognized when a Sansa Fuze (not plus) was connected, as indicated by listing in devices. Since that single instance, MC does not recognize the device.

Is there a way around this bug; some way to jolt MC into awareness? (Such intermittent behavior clearly indicates a bug in MC.)

While Windows (and other file) explorers see the device, MC simply cannot (e.g., Tools/Options/Handheld/"Redetect all devices" or "Add device"; or within "Drives & Devices").

Running Windows 7 64-bit.
