MC19 frequently hangs

Have installed the latest version but it regularly freezes and becomes unresponsive. I have to do a force quit and reopen which is a pain as it is a headless Mac mini used only as a source for my hifi.

Me too.  I went back to 18 for the time being.

This may just be audio analysis.  Let MC run.  It should be more graceful, but let's see if that's the problem.
