Just Installed Media Center 19 -- No Volume [solved by reboot]

I just installed the latest version and I can't get any volume out of my system.  I don't see any movement of the volume meter in the Media Center display.  All my file seem to have been imported properly.

I am sending the signal to the DAC in my Oppo BDP-105 from a mac mini.

I never had any problems with version 18.

By the way, I also have Aurdirvana and this is working perfectly.

Any suggestions on how to fix.

Tried a reboot -- all is now well.
