2. start Media Center 19.0.53 and clear the library (make a backup first)
3. turn off auto-import
4. import the single track
5. test playback until it crashes
6. send a log file

I'll have to copy two tracks to the local HD probably.  Is that OK or should I really just try to get it to crash with one?  I'd like to try this tonight if I can stay awake.

Yes, that's fine to try with two tracks.  If you can reproduce the crash with those two, could you dropbox them to me?

Of course!

I update to 19.0.55 and all seems fine now and I clicked around quite a bit.  Should I turn on auto import and see if it's still good?  Or just use it more as is and report back after some more time.

Sure, use it for a period of time, then turn on auto-import and if import fails, send me a log.  Thanks!
