So with "Mode = Specified output format" did you try both of the 24 bit formats ("PCM L24 No Header", and "PCM 24 bit")?

Yes... I tried every combination of those 2 pulldown settings and the only setting I got playback from was "Original/PCM 16 bit".

There are several threads about using Whitebear to do DLNA to the Squeezebox. Is that what you are using?

I don't know what Whitebear is?... I just installed JRiver on my Mac mini and the Squeezebox showed up as a player.
It's not really a big issue getting it to play correctly to the SBT because mainly I use the SB server software and iPeng to control on my iPad (although I like the JRemote better, which is why I'm looking to see if I can get this working correctly).

Whitebear doesn't work on a mac.
