Mac MC 19 Videos

I just installed MC 19 for Mac today.  I'm normally a PC user, but I decided to try a Mac instead.  I put in my access code for the library.  It updated my music but not my movies.  I deleted the library and then uninstalled and reinstalled the MC.  It's still not working.  I'd greatly appreciate it if someone could help.

Access code?  Are you using a second copy of MC?  Or Gizmo?

MC for Mac doesn't do video.
