How do I update all of my tracks to point to the new drive letter?  I went from drive letter D to E.  Thanks?

First backup your library, just in case

Select the files in question; Right Click=>Library Tools=> Rename, Move & Copy. Then, in the drop-down box (upper left of the dialogue pop-up) choose  "Update Database to point to new location (no file rename,move, or copy)". Change the drive letter and
path if needed

I'd choose a couple of albums to make sure the path is how you want it. Then in a file view just CTRL+A for all the tracks and that's it
