DLNA Renderer Acting Strange

Just ran a bunch of tests and this was 100% the issue. My default Debian install running GNOME desktop environment came with quite a few UPnP/DLNA apps and plugins. Once I removed them all seems to be fine.

On mine. I think it was minissdp that was running on 1900.
You'd think that both of the 1900 listeners would each get all of the packets but that doesn't seem to work in practice.
