Mavericks, Startup Crash, Background cracks, Menu Lags.

Hey Everyone, I thought the throw a few issues that I am experiencing to gain your feedback.
I am running Mavericks OS X 10.9 (13A598) with JRiver MC19 (190057).

Startup crashes, apparently more so if not connected to internet.
During playback, "Background" cracking artefacts!, apparently when computer (CPU&MEMORY) is under load.
Menu lags, This is rather severe  for me and iTunes doesn't do it.

Has anyone got some suggestions for me???

19.0.60 is available at the top of this board.  It should fix the crash.  Sound problems may be related to buffer size.
