OK I did the same and now with integer off everything including DSD plays fine!

That's hard for me to explain, because with integer mode off, it should be like old builds.
Is playback working nicely for anyone with integer mode off in this build?

That's better (and more like I'd expect).
I don't think the padding code is working right for devices that use 24-bits in a 32-bit package. I'm not sure what's going on. It'd be good if we could find one of these DACs to test. The Mytek we have is like this, but it doesn't offer integer mode. All the other ones we have use 24-bit packages.

Ok I tried once more to set it to integer mode, first time it crashed shortly there after (log file attached).
But one more interesting thing, though perhaps it is moot.
Without integer mode using bit streaming (DoP) the DSD files are coming across as DSD files as indicated by the MSB DAC.
However with integer mode enabled they are coming across as 176 (sample rate) files and not DSD per the MSC DAC.
At least it does sound wonderful without integer mode! (BTW - that was no intended as a sarcastic comment)
