Potential Problem with last update .64
« on: October 25, 2013, 05:51:09 pm »

Just downloaded the last update of the day. Have had two shutdowns following a buffering attempt in the program. Very distorted sound not found in the previous two updates today. (MC 19 Mac)

If you're having problems, please turn off integer mode and reboot the computer and DAC.

Does that help?

Hi, Matt. Short answer, no it doesn't help. I have an older dac so I never experiment with program features that it probably doesn't support. Yes I did double check to make sure the checkbox was unchecked for integer mode. Regards, Richard

Matt, I reinstalled .64 and can now play tunes. All settings in JRiver are the factory defaults as set in the download. Before when attempting to play a tune the program was buffering for about two seconds before crashing. This happened two out of four times when trying to play a selection after the first .64 update. When MC could output the sound was full of static. Regards, Richard
