Displaying Chinese Character in JRiver Media 19
« on: October 30, 2013, 05:57:34 pm »

What a great product we have here. I am having problem showing Chinese character in the album. Initially, I thought the download data is not right, but I am able to see the path at J remote showing the song in Chinese but not in the album title. I dont see it on JRiver too. do I need to set up differently on JRiver or window ? any help is appreciated.

Welcome.

There was a similar discussion here, and I gave a couple things to try here:

Thanks.

JRemote gets its data from Media Center.  So if it shows the correct data, it means MC has the right data.

If it doesn't show correctly in MC, it is likely a font issue.

Maybe you could provide a sample file to logs (at) jriver [dot] com?

Thanks.
