Why Do I See Trial Version Pop Up?

I purchased both MC18 and MC19. About every other time I open MC I receive a pop up telling me my trial is about to end and saying something about a key. Normally I can just hit Continue and I am good to go but in a few instances the Continue button is grayed out and cannot be selected. I am forced to close and reopen MC and then it opens normal. Why am I getting this pop up?
