Is is possible or being worked on ?

Depending on the website it may be possible (youtube will often let you "play the file inside the player") or not possible (netflix), but there is a workaround.  You can open the webpages outside of JRiver and use the loopback function to route the audio back into JRiver.  You obviously lose JRiver's video engine, but at the moment there's nothing to be done about websites like netflix, except to use loopback.

Some folks (myself included) have tried to take advantage of the loopback functionality to run two instances of JRiver to accomplish what you're describing, and it kind of works, but it's wonky and isn't perfect.  For details check out this thread: http://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php?topic=78129.0.  Basically you run one instance of JRiver as a player to the default audio device, and another instance to loopback the output from the first instance.

On a more official note, JRiver folks have talked about making a WDM driver for JRiver, which would almost certainly solve these issues, but my understanding is that it would be a fairly significant time/resource investment and they haven't committed to that being a future feature, it's just something that's been discussed in the past.
