Crash while Pasting Image, Feature Request ...

Hi,
overall great software! really appreciate your work.

Following Bug Report (do you have an official bug report tool?)

System : OS 10.9, 16 GB RAM, MBPRO 15" MID2012 Retina

JRiver MC 19 latest .67

When adding covers via paste Option (not pointing to the caver but including the jpeg file) MC crashes. (Non sporadic, every time)

Feature Request:

When Syncing Database to File Tags should be done in the background and should be indicated by a progress counter or bar (Takes forever on large libs)

Please try the latest build, this crash problem should be fixed.
