I think this issue relates to MC19 not releasing the sound settings back to OSX when the MC19 application is quit. IE "integer mode" remains set on the HiFace2 after MC19 is quit and no other application can access sound output. This is just a guess though, based on the fact that the same issue is not present when integer mode is off.

My sound card is TC K8 optical linked to Benchmark DAC1. The problem did not happen every time on my system. Still it's not a big problem that troubled me. Maybe it has something to do with the sound card.

This happened Saturday morning, launched MC and it crashed before I had done anything.
