After burning CD i cant print track list

Hi Guys
i have a problem which is probably simple to fix but very frustrating. I have been burning discs for personal use. When the print track list / cover option comes up i press the button but nothing happens. I then have to quit and the only option i have is to write the tracks out by hand which is very annoying. Can anyone help? I have tried downloading the software but the same problem persists. Any advice will be gratefully received :) !
