how can i import my music in harddisk to j river 19

i have face a problem.when i use audiogate to rip my cd into my harddisk..my jriver software cannot detect the album...when i import those album into jriver..all those song just in a unassigned album..what i should do if i wan to show those album in name and artist ..pls help.thank you very much

What format are you ripping to?  Did you try any other formats?
