19.0.074 crashes by importing cover art

hi,

MC 19 crashes by importing cover arts from clipboard into mp3tag.

Reproduction:
- MC writes the cover art into file
- crashes
- creates a duplicate of mp3 without cover art

Opening the mp3 again, the tag information hasn't been updated inside MC.
This has to be done by "update tags from file"

I'll try to reproduce this issue.  Does it happen with any image you try to paste, or just certain ones?

I got it with 4 of 5 tracks.
Today I erased a cover art but MC didn't show it. I could view the cover although I've deleted it. When I opened finder I saw that the mp3 didn't got a cover art anymore, so MC just didn't update the gui.
