Restoring all settings to default
« on: November 21, 2013, 05:14:27 pm »

I am a noobie and just started playing around with version 19 for Mac.  Well, I've got my displays all messed up and don't know how to fix them.  Is there a way to just restore everything to the way it was when I downloaded the program originally?  If I lose my library thats OK.  I've just started with it anyways.  Thanks for the help.  Its appreciated

First, make a library backup (File > Library > Back up) and put it somewhere safe.  This way you can go back if you want.

You can clear your library from File > Library.  This removes the files and playlists from the library (but not the physical files on disk).

You can manually erase your settings by deleting this file with the program closed:
~/Library/Application Support/J River/Media Center 19/Settings/User Settings.ini
