switching between regular and hd tracks.

My Mac Mini freezes when switching between regular and hd tracks.
Sometimes, the computer even is going in sleep mode.

I hope you can help

no problem occurs only when I  switches between regular and hd tracks. And it happens on all versions of JRiver19. The program freeze until i restart JRiver. And sometimes the computer goes in to sleep mode.

What happens if you launch MC and choose a HD track first, does it play? And what kind of HD Tracks do you have? AIFF, WAV, etc.. and what resolution, 24/96, 24/192, DSD?

I am able to switch between 16/44.1 and high resolution tracks of all sorts without an issue, so perhaps try the step outlined above and report back?

It is aiff and flac and it is 96 k to 192 k. Today  J River stoped when I switched to 192k, the same moment my iMac changing sound output.
