I was forced to reformat my hard drive and lost my license.

I never backed up my license.

Is there any way I can get it back?

I can provide a valid e-mail address and any other information needed.

Q: Do I get another license in the event that I lose mine?
A: No. Please back up your license. JRiver cannot issue duplicate licenses.
