Gizmo not working with Andriod 4.4 update

Gizmo stalls with Kit-kat on Nexus.
1) when sending to stereo, gives resume playback button but that does nothing
2) when sending to Nexus, gives "communication error with server"

Either way, no music.

Matt:
I'm running 4.4 on a Nexus 5 and audio and video work.

You could try uninstalling and reinstalling Gizmo.  Also, double-check your firewall on the server machine.

Anyone else?
