Problems upgrading to 7.2

Cannot upgrade.  Download.  Says download complete, click Finish, must reboot.  
Do so, same cycle starts over.
(Current media jukebox version expired.)
Help with this and also get new visualization plug-ins.  Just have a couple and they stink.  
Any help is appreciated.
