Hey, I'm with you on that...I still love and use the 'Media Jukebox' skin from v7.0 with v8.0.  I can post a link to download the 7.0 mini-me skins if you would like.  I too think JRiver should package those compact skins with v8.0 too (the others are just too pretty/bulky for mini-me...maybe they should be called Pretty-me skins).



Update:
Click here to download the MJ 7.0 mini-me skins.  Just extract the two skins to the MJ MiniSkins directory.  The .ZIP file contains the destination folders...using Winzip, just extract directly to the Media Jukebox\MiniSkins directory.

I think that mini-skin is ALREADY in MJ7 and the one above is an emulation for Version 8.

Here is another skin designed for minimal screen usage. This is designed to sit in the lower right corner of your desktop, out of the way. I got the basic idea from a RealJukebox2 skin, and enhanced liberally.

One little tip, though... if you rename your .zip file with a .mjs extension, then MJ can automatically install that skin when you double click on it.

zevele10 - if this inquiry was in reference to my skin, there is no MJ7.2 version. I doubt highly that this could be done with MJ7.2.

Doof - thanks for the tip. I've renamed it and updated the link in my previous post. I don't see where the .mjs thing was documented though (nudge, nudge, wink, wink ).

Nikolay - thanks. There's a few other things I wanted to do with it, but haven't been able to get working, such as adding an on/off button/indicator to the equalizer (that's the blank spot in the lower left of the eq window). Relevent posts:
