Help please for JRemote connection using iPad mini

I am trying to get JRemote going on JRMC19 for Mac.  On the iPad where JRemote is installed its asking for an access key and network identification using name and password.  What do they need there--I tried my router network name and wifi password but that wasn't it.  It took the access key OK but network identification is hanging me up.  Is it something I got from JRiver when I bought MC?  Help please.  I would really appreciate it.  Thanks for your time.

I'm not able to look at it right now but in the app on your iPad in small text it says exactly where to go on your Mac for the code.  So easy it's ridiculous.   :)
