creating slideshow with music
« on: January 03, 2014, 03:49:58 pm »

I recently tried Picassa for viewing a slideshow of our photos on our HTPC. It worked great, except you can't shuffle the order and you can only assign a folder for the background music, if the audio files are either wma or mp3. And it will only play the audio in the order listed in the folder - no shuffling. This means I can't use any of my FLAC files, which is the primary format I use for ripping my CDs.

I can't figure out how I could generate similar slideshows using MC19. I've read that you can add photos to playlists, but if you can, it doesn't look very easy or obvious.

I've searched the user manuals, wikis, forums and haven't found anything useful. Does anyone know how to do this or can provide a link to the instructions for creating a nice slideshow?

Thanks!
