cannot pass "Purchase as Upgrade" page

I asked jriver to email me my old registration code for MC18.

Then, on the "Purchase MC19 as an Upgrade" page,
I copied (cut and paste)  that registration code into the registration code box.

After clicking on "Purchase MC19" bottom, it told me that it could not find
an upgrade available for the registration code entered.

What should I do ?

Try restoring your MC18 license in MC19.
