Media Jukebox Unable to Play any of the Files

After successfully using MJ for an extended period,
All of a sudden, without me having even accessed MJ for a while,
I get this message when I attempt to play any file:

Media Jukebox was unable to play any of the files
Make sure path in in Media Library points to right location [ It Does] and that
the files are not being filtered by Access Control.

Don't know to proceed.  Cannot find "Access Control" location,
and have no clue why any setting would have changed.

Please provide some pointers

Try a  reboot.  Try setting up audio again.

Have no idea what "setting up audio again" means

No joy with reboot

Fixed my problem.
Loose power connection on my E: drive [where media files are stored].
