F1: (easy) A feature to set the volume of a upcoming song in the playlist.

F2: (harder) A feature to normalize levels.  So each song won't play more than X% louder than the loudest level of the previous song in the playlist.  Requires full scan of next song on the playlist, precue, and a volume adjust just before play.
