There are couple ways to handle this.

Since your files are so well named, I'd suggest the following.

Select the files.

Right-Click on them, then from the menu choose Library Tools -> Fill Properties from Filenames

You can let JRiver try an automatic setup, or fill in your file naming template if that doesn't work.

It looks like you can use the template [Artist] - [Album] - [Track #] - [Name] for manual setup. It's one of the preset options.

Let me know if you need more detailed instructions.

I've managed to mess it up, is there anyway to reload it into the library and lose the tag changes? I've tried deleting it and reloading it but it kept the tag changes.

You should be able to run the process again; it will simply overwrite the current library info.

It should work if you set it up like my screenshot below. Make sure you uncheck the directory option, and that there are no spaces in the between the fields and the hyphens (since there are no spaces in your filenames)

Ignore the info on the right; I use a different file naming structure than you do.
