Gizmo vs WebGizmo Interface Differences
« on: January 29, 2014, 08:23:19 pm »

Running latest version of MC

WebGizmo does not display the information I dug up elsewhere in a thread in the forum (tried FF and Chrome).  I haven't had any luck with the search on this topic.

All I get is the album cover with a time strip and volume control at the bottom of the artwork during mouseovers.  Also, how do you run shuffle mode via Gizmo/WebGizmo?

Do I have some incorrect settings?

So - nobody can help with this?  Either: 'the web app doesn't work like that' or 'you are doing something wrong'?

That is not a stock WebGizmo interface; it is user customized.  I'm not sure where you found it, but if you can find it again to see who posted it, they might have a thread with instructions/files to set it up.

To shuffle in Gizmo (the app), tap on settings (three vertical dots in the upper right) - Commands - Reshuffle.

I do not know of a way to shuffle via WebGizmo.

Thanks!  Found that in the wiki.  So, I guess that's not accurate.  Rats.

I did find an iPad interface that someone developed that looks very much like Gizmo, but I want to install an improved interface on a PC.

Have you seen this:  http://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php?topic=86411

No, I have not.  Sorry, been away for quite a while.  I've been working on the audio end of things, updating some old monoblock amplifiers I rebuilt about 5 years ago.  I'll download it and give it a go.  Thanks so much!
