I am running the trial version of Media Centre 19.0.1 after many good words on a HiFI forum. As in title Mavericks 10.9.1 and trying to use use Airplay to Apple TV and hence on to DAC.

Whilst in Options it detects Airplay which is the default output device in OSX Settings after a while say 5-10 m usually an output error message appears and output stops.

If I use iTunes then Airplay works without this problem. If I used USB output in Media Centre 19 it works fine.

Conclusion JRiver output implementation for Airplay is faulted.

Sorry if this is the wrong way to report the fault. I'd like to use Media Centre but ATM I don't fancy paying for something that doesn't do what I want it to.

I did a forum search for Airplay and it seems it has been problematic before.

Shame a good product otherwise.
