My hard drive dies and so in the process of re-loading everything all the backed up music is not registering in MC19. It was initially ripped in v18. Some of it is being found with "import" but the majority is not. So spending hours re-ripping everything so v19 will see it. Why is this?
Plus there is some that I cannot get v19 to see at all. I bought 4 albums of Al Marconi from the web site in England so I never had physical discs to rip from and MC19 is giving me major grief trying to get that music back and it was backed up. Bummed. Any way around that because it is really a pain.
Also is there a discount available for upgrading to the new version from v18?
