Importing Files
« on: February 22, 2002, 01:49:39 am »

Been using MJ for some time now - and love it.  However .....

Installed version 8.0.175 on a new laptop, and everytime I try and 'Import Media' (pointing it to my MP3 directory on the hard disk), it tries to dial up for 'Plug In information' .....

..... but I have no internet connection with my laptop, and can't find a way of disabling this routine.  No luck in the FAQ section either.

Anyone able to help me ?

If you connect once, you can get the plugins and it won't bother you again.  Unpaid versions check for the home page once a week, but you can disable this in the paid version.  You can move a license from one pc to another.  See the FAQ here on licenses.

Thanks guys.

I'll upgrade my version, and try to get the license across from the desktop.

Thanks again.
