After installing JRemote on an iPad I'm no longer able to use my M2 Tech hiface converter in the audio system. The M2 Tech doesn't appear in Sound settings or Audio MIDI as a audio device on my Mac mini.
I can use JRemote on the iPad but the audio comes from the TV/monitor connected via HDMI to the Mac mini rather than thru the audio system.
All worked well prior to installing JRemote, so I'm probably missing an obvious setting but looked everywhere I know to look.

Current set up is Mac mini to M2 Tech Hi-face 2.0 (24/192 version) to coax input on Benchmark DAC. Benchmark indicates sync to M2 Tech. All software (MC, Maverick, JRemote) is current version.

First of all, installing JRemote on an iPad will have no effect whatsoever on the settings or configuration in MC on a PC or Mac. does the M2 Tech have a driver or other software that needed installing? If so, try reinstalling it.
