Cannot Rename/move certain files

I found this same problem in the MC17 forum, but no one had replied to it. I imported 2 discs of seminars. One set let me rename them with no problem. The other set tells me "Not all of the selected tracks can be renamed." I have even tried renaming only one of these files, and it still won't. I've even simplified and/or changed the file location and it won't. I even moved the files with explorer, reimported them, and then tried to rename them. Nada.

What does this vague error message REALLY mean ?!?
