MC19 into a Pioneer 1123 Via hdmi with multi Zones

My MC19 runs into my Pioneer 1123 receiver Via HDMI.  I am also using Ceton cable card through WMC.  Can I take the audio signal through media center and send it out to a second zone in JRiver?  The end result is that I want to watch TV through my Home theater system while also listening to the same thing through the zone 2 without any latency issues.
