synching with media located on multiple HDs

I want to synch my main library with MC on my laptop, but my music is split onto two HDs (artists A-M on one; artists N-Z on the other). I only see one path when I go to synch. How do I get around this?

EDIT: never mind. I was trying to synch from the serve end, not the client end. Solved.
