Music won't fit on Ipod!

 I like the software so far, with one exception, the amount of space the music (mp3 files) consume on my ipod using MJ. On Itunes I had it set to convert all files to 128  Kbps, and had 63 GB left. With Media Jukebox (the same amount of files), converting also to 128 Kbps will not even fit, that doesn't make sense on a 160GB ipod. It's telling me it can't fit 12 GB of music, what is up with this; any ideas (using the latest versions of the software)?

Does the iPod currently have music on it?  I personally haven't tried syncing with an iPod.  You could try syncing the music to a folder on your computer and putting them on that way.
